We are experienced in planning with individual residential clients & retailers. We understand the need for a holistic view from planning trends, analysis from home owner perspective, retailers and most importantly, consumers needs and wants.
CREATIVE RETAIL
We understands the needs of retail and hospitality for both small and large projects. Our strategy is developed through understanding client’s business. This process involves research, competitor analysis, global directions and consumer trends.
CONCEPT
We establish a strong Concept phase after planning, covering all phases from design intent, customization for each project. This phase enables our client to see, feel and understand the project we are looking to creating with them.
SELECTION OF FINIEHES
Our knowledge of local and international product provides the basis for overall aesthetic on all projects, with initial selections on design packages. Our studio constantly being updated with new and inspiring materials and products.

FURNITURE SELECTION
Spacious also provides a furniture curation, selection and procurement service. From planning the furniture for a house, through to selection of individual pieces and materials, we also customise furniture to suit the interior.
